Wonderful series! You made it difficult to choose a favorite image. We do like colors in our lives for expression and to catch someone’s attention. These street performers are doing just that. I think you’ve presented the story quite well, enough to wish to attend the festival myself.
I do like the image of the older gentleman with the walker displaying his Volkswagon and Honda emblems.
Next time I go to Scotland I’ll make sure we leave room in our luggage for you to come along! Actually, I think you would enjoy the vibe there – probably similar to Fort Collins during a big festival but with a different accent!
I had to use the Monte Stevens Telephoto on that guy – I had my 10-24 lens on, and by the time he would have gotten that large in the frame he would have been pretty close. So it’s cropped a bunch.
