We made a lunch stop in Regensburg, Germany enroute to our ship. This was a nice view of the Danube through a portal. Weather is chilly but sunny so far.

Yep, nice views and food. Seems like that is a good combination for a vacation. Enjoy!!
The food is delicious, although more meat that we’re used to. Plenty of good local beer also. The world is a fascinating place!
After I read the Prague postcard I was meant to ask how far you’d be cruising. I suppose you’ll be heading for Vienna or Budapest as endpoints.
We did a bike ride along the Danube (Donau) in ’19 and loved the scenery. We passed thru Regensburg.
Our cruise ends today (Sunday) and we disembark tomorrow, but due to low water we stopped just short of Budapest in the town of Komarom. Rather than make the long bus ride to Budapest we opted for a visit to Gyor, a charming little town on a branch of the Danube.
