I like the idea of using the normally empty space to create something. I suppose so many just move through urban landscapes without paying attention.
That’s especially true in this location, Mark. Most people passing by are heading to or from work, or to the museum or one of the restaurants nearby. It is nice to have something to pull your eye from the otherwise unremarkable surroundings.
