I’ve been cleaning up some old folders and came across some abstracts from 2014 that I hadn’t processed. Interesting what saw then, and what I see when I revisit old photos.

Perhaps I am imagining it but I do recall seeing this style of photography from you before. I always liked them. You have a real knack, technically and aesthetically, for portraying this sort of motion. This lovely set continues to prove the point.
You remember correctly, Cedric. I do quite a lot of this work when I’m in an area where it is conducive. The ocean is usually a good place to practice, and it’s not uncommon for me to fill a card or two during a session in order to come up with a handful of “keepers.” I’m just glad it isn’t film!
It’s always nice finding some photographic treasures hidden away. These are lovely.
It always surprises me when I go back and look at photos that I felt were good enough to keep but never processed. Thanks!
I think Brooks said it best “photographic treasures.” Love it first and think it would make a great print.
I just may try making a print – great idea!
