Monte enjoyed my motion blur photo from a couple of days ago so I thought I would serve up a few more. Sometimes the camera moves, sometimes the subject moves.
Lots of motion blur here today as we await Ian’s arrival. It’s been rainy, breezy and chilly – a good day to work on photos and watch Formula 1 practice! Ian keeps angling further east of us, which is good for us but unfortunately not so good for someone else. Should be by us by morning, hopefully!
Well thank you, my friend. These are lovely. I may have to try my hand at a few of them. I feel the ocean and clouds provide a good subject for the blur shots. Looks like Ian moved on but plenty of rain and wind damage left behind. Hope you are okay! Love number two.
Just like with a static shot, an interesting sky adds interest to a motion blur photo. I’ve had some success with cloudless skies if the color is good, but those are rarer.
Yep, all is well here. Lots of rain – my rain gauge only holds 4″ and it was full – and wind. Most of it was gone by midnight or so, and today is just cloudy. Hopefully we’ll see the sun on Sunday!
