The first trash day after Christmas is always interesting, sometimes to see who got what, and sometimes to see who got how much! It looks like someone had a good haul this year.
I hope no one pays much attention to our recycling bin, as it is usually full of empty wine bottles. You can always tell when ours goes into the truck by all the crashing glass! 😉
I’m always looking for the giant ribbon and bows they put on gifted cars in the commercials. I haven’t seen any yet. Still waiting for my gift from Tesla!
Yeah, what’s up with that? I’ve been seeing those commercials forever, but don’t know of anyone who has ever actually received a car as a Christmas gift. I can just see it: “here honey, I got you a car payment for Christmas!” Yikes! 😉
It’s the gift that keeps on giving. Sometimes for as many as 60 months!
Possibly longer (with approved credit)!
I’m familiar with that glass breaking sound from my past. And, since I live condos where college students party, I still hear it.
I guess I have a reputation to uphold with my neighbors. No frat parties around here, but “the Dills’ must be home!” 🙂
