Mary From Minnie

Kathy travels to Minneapolis regularly for work – her company is headquartered there.  A few weeks ago she went and allowed me to tag along.  A group of folks that I support at work are located there, so it gave me an opportunity to meet people that otherwise I would only know by phone and email.

While we were there we took some time to get out and explore.  It was my first time there, and my first time to see the Mississippi River from somewhere other than an airplane.  Here is a baker’s dozen of my photos from that adventure.

  1. Lines and more lines. Seems what man wants to make when building something. Quite different than the chaos of nature. Again, you brought to us a wonderful series of images. They tell us without audible words what the city looks like through your eyes. Favorite image is probably the shadows across the footbridge. Love it!

    1. Ha! I thought you might like that one…it’s a favorite of mine as well. Interesting city, and one I would like to spend more time in. In summer! I call these photos “urban landscapes,” which is probably too broad a term but you obviously “get” the meaning.

      Have a good week!
